By buying from DC5R Parts, you are accepting our terms and conditions stated below. You are also accepting that you have carefully read the items description before purchasing it. No exceptions.
We do not offer warranty on used or new parts unless specified in the product's description. Most of these parts are second hand used but in good working condition at the time of sale. Brand New items will be described as such, items have been tested and confirmed functionality by Honda or DC5R Parts before shipping. Please read product descriptions as DC5R Parts is not liable for any misuse, bad installations after the product is shipped out.
SPECIAL ORDERS ITEMS
Special orders can NOT be cancelled after a transaction has been completed. This is explained under specific item descriptions. Please read before purchasing an item from us.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
By purchasing with us, you agree to the following policy. We do not offer RETURNS on used/new products. Please refer to the pictures and description of the products before ANY purchases are made. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We do not offer RETURNS on special order items.
We may approve an EXCHANGE if the item still sealed in the original carrier shipping box we sent you originally. BUYER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING AND SHIPPING BACK TO YOU.
We do not offer REFUNDS on any special order items, used or new condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Exceptions, If a return is granted and approved by us. You need to pay for return shipping charges. You will receive a partial refund minus original shipping charges to you and 20% restocking fee.
In a case where we sent the wrong item and a customer wants a return to exchange it, we will grant a free return label and send you back the correct item back to you free of charge.
SHIPPING & HANDLING (Delayed Due To COVID-19)
Here in DC5R Parts we strive to offer the BEST buying experience. We focus on delivering our products fast and secure. Due to extreme flow of orders, handling time frame is currently extended.
Handling time frame takes place during our business days (Mon-Friday) and lead time on purchases are 2 weeks from purchase date for most items. Special orders do not have a set lead time, you will receive an update once it's shipped out.
Shipping transit times advertised by the carrier do not count towards our lead time frame.
Shipping transit times vary from state to state, averages are 2-7 Business days depending on the shipping service you selected during checkout. Carriers may advertise delivery dates but It's not guaranteed.
Items located in our Japan Warehouse may take a few extra days or weeks to be processed. US based products may take days to be processed as well but these are estimates as demand is high so expect delays to occur.
Parts damaged during shipping transit have to be reported to the shipping company as we are not liable for any package damage, lost and theft.
If customer entered the wrong shipping address during check out, we are not liable for lost of shipment if the item got delivered to the wrong address.
In case you have entered the wrong address, contact us to see what we can do to help you fix it. Sometimes if items still in transit we are able to intercept the package and correct the customer's mistake, unless is too late. If item still hasn't shipped and you caught the mistake, contact us as we can still fix the address on file. Charges from carrier may apply in which customer will be responsible for to pay.
DC5R Parts is not responsible for the buyer's misuse of parts during installation. We recommend a ASE LICENSED installer to do installations on a vehicle.
In a rare situation where a used/new part has failed and caused any kind of problem such as a fatality or possession loss. DC5R Parts is not liable. At the time of sale they are in working condition but we can not determine as to when they would fail after they have been installed in a customer's vehicle.
We are not liable for any mishaps, misuse and/or bad installations. No exceptions, all sales are final.
DC5R Parts is not liable for any misuse after the product is shipped out.
In case of a package loss, we are not liable for carriers mishandle. File a complain with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
Stolen goods during shipment will have to be filed with the carrier using your tracking number. Stolen goods after delivery will have to be filed with your local authorities.
We are not liable after a package leaves our hands. No exceptions.
All shipments do not include insurance unless requested by the customer. We do not pay for insurance for you. If you want your package insured, be sure to contact us first BEFORE placing your order.
We will send you a custom invoice including insurance cost, in which the customer is liable for.
In case of a paid insurance claim, please be sure to send us an email and we will contact you within 24-72 hours during our business days, Mon-Friday.

How do I place an order for engine or product?
If you want to place an order for an engine, please contact us directly. All other orders can be fulfilled through our website by following the checkout process.
What kind of payments do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal for a fast and seemless transaction. We also accept payment plans through PayPal Credit.
How long does shipping take?
We try to ship out orders as soon as we get them but depending on orders traffic, usually Handling takes less than 2 weeks. Shipping transit times vary from shipping companies and the service you selected during checkout.
I ordered my item 2 days ago where is it?
Read the product description, handling estimates are specified under there which are usually under 2 weeks from purchased date.
Shipping Transit times do not count towards our set Handling lead time. Once an item is shipped out, then, the selected shipping carrier and delivery speed picked by the customer starts.
Do prices include shipping?
No. Unless, the item does not specify "Free Shipping" Then there will be a charge.
Do we ship overseas?

Are your products new or used?
Most of the DC5 parts are used due to the fact this platform is over 10 years old. If we have a new part available, It will be specified in the product's description.

Where are you located?
We are located in Connecticut, United States. We also ship directly out of warehouse locations in Japan and Canada.
Can I come and pick it up in person?
No, We do not meet customers in person.
