PURCHASING TERMS & AGREEMENT 

  • By buying from DC5R Parts LLC, you are accepting our terms and conditions stated below. You are also accepting that you have carefully read this description before purchasing any items on this site.

SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME FRAMES

Here in DC5R Parts we strive to offer the BEST buying experience. We focus on delivering our products fast and secure. Due to extreme flow of orders, handling time frame is currently extended due to COVID-19.

Handling Time Frames take place during our business days (Mon-Friday) and lead time on purchases are about 2 weeks on average from purchased date. Items labeled "SPECIAL ORDER" do not have a set lead time, you will receive an update once it's physically shipped out.

Shipping Transit Times advertised by the carrier do not count towards our handling time frames. A customer may select a desired shipping service, but It will not speed up the handling process. Depending on the shipping service you've selected during checkout, carriers may advertise delivery dates frames but It's not guaranteed.

Guaranteed Express/Overnight Carrier Services (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc) may offer a shipping reimbursement if it does not arrive on time from time It's physically shipped to arrival. DC5R Parts does not take responsibility for this service. We do not offer a reimbursement of shipping costs. Please provide us your order number and we will contact the shipping service provider.

 

SHIPMENT DAMAGED/LOST/STOLEN

DC5R Parts is not liable for any DAMAGED items by shipping carriers after a product has shipped out.

In case of a package LOSS by a carrier during transit, we are not liable. We can file a claim with the shipping carrier using your tracking number and we will update you on the end result.

STOLEN goods after a delivery has been made, can be filed with your local authorities. DC5R Parts is not liable for stolen goods.

NOTE: If customer entered the wrong shipping address during check out, we are not liable for lost of shipment if the item got delivered to the wrong address. In case you have entered the wrong address, contact us to see what we can do to help you fix it. Sometimes if items still in transit we are able to intercept the package and correct the customer's mistake, unless is too late. Charges from carrier may apply in which customer will be responsible to cover.

 

SHIPMENT INSURANCE & SIGNATURE POLICY

Most shipments DO NOT include insurance unless requested by the customer. We do not pay for insurance on your behalf. If you want your package insured, be sure to contact us first BEFORE placing your order. We will send you a custom invoice including insurance cost. In case of a paid insurance claim, please be sure to send us an email and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Signature Required Packages will need to be signed by the customer on file. If you will not be available to receive the shipment, many carriers permit the recipient to leave a note on the door instructing them to leave the package. If you choose to do this, please remember that DC5R Parts LLC cannot insure packages that are stolen.

 

TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES

Taxes: Customer will assume all extra charges from shipments into their country. It is against our policy to falsify tax documents during the shipment of goods to locations outside of the USA. The tax documents for your shipment will reflect the price you paid for the parts. Please do not contact us requesting us to falsify tax documents so that you do not have to pay taxes on the shipment as we cannot do this.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & FEES

Customers residing outside the United States, Canada and Japan will need to contact us first before placing any orders. We will provide you with a shipping quote to your location. Our shipping fees are quotes and any additional final shipping charges will be passed onto the customer, seller is not responsible to cover the fee. More on this under our FAQ section.

DISCLAIMER

Customer is responsible to inspect items within 24hrs from the time and date the item is received. Failure to check condition, and or if the correct was sent to the customer will result in denial of exchanges.
